A leading proprietary trading firm, is seeking a C++ Developer to join its Global Hardware team.
In this role, you'll design, build, and optimize software used to manage and enhance hardware platforms across a highly distributed, low-latency environment. You'll collaborate closely with engineers across software, networking, systems, and hardware disciplines to solve complex technical challenges at scale.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and trading systems in C++
• Build tooling, services, and infrastructure to support global hardware platforms
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Partner with hardware, networking, and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
Requirements:
• Strong professional experience developing software in C++
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
• Experience developing on Linux-based systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment
